Delivery Information
Customs Notice:
SaveCo Global will take care of all customs and duties for a hassle free and smooth customer experience.
UK (inc. Northern Ireland) & Ireland Delivery
For £9.99* we offer a no fuss delivery service via our third party courier service. If your order exceeds the maximum weight allowance of 25kg, an extra £9.99 per additional 5kg will be applied to your overall delivery cost.
After dispatch, you can expect delivery within 4-6 working days.
We do not offer Saturday delivery and orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Our courier partners will contact you with a tracking number and provide you with an estimated time for delivery.
Please note: If a customer is not home during the given delivery slot to receive their package or is unable to advise on a safe place for delivery, the liability for any impact is with the customer. SaveCo cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery attempt. In case of perishables, the customer will be given the option to collect their order from their local depot.

International Delivery
Currently shipping to: Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands.
Orders to the EU are shipped out using DPD standard delivery. Estimated delivery timescales range between 4-15 days depending on the customs/country of destination. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Please keep in mind the estimated delivery times when placing your order.
Delivery cost will be £19.99* (€24.05 approx)
*Upto 25kg. £9.99 (€12.02 approx) for every 5kg thereafter.
Change of Courier
We may, at our discretion, send your order with an alternative courier which could alter the estimated delivery timescale. We may do this due to remote delivery locations, industrial dispute disruptions or any other reason.
Liquid Limits
Increased security measures have resulted in couriers limiting quantities of liquids. As a result, we may, at our discretion, substitute smaller containers of fluids destined for certain destinations, or we may decline an order and refund your money if no suitable alternative exists. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Customs and Import
We at SaveCo understand that handling customs can be nerve wrecking, which is why we have taken full control of custom duties and charges. The delivery times are, unless stated, estimates in working days and apply from the day of posting and could be subject to customs delays.
Please Note: If your items are returned to us, held/rejected by Customs or you refuse the parcel, we are unable to offer any refunds for contents or shipping.
Attempted Deliveries
If your goods are returned to us by the selected courier and an attempted delivery has been made (as shown on the courier's website), then we will contact you via e-mail to arrange redelivery, you will be recharged for the shipping costs incurred for the parcel sent back to us and for it to be resent back out to you.
Refunds
If there is a missing item on your order, this is because the product is out of stock at the time and a refund will be issued.
If you feel that there is a problem with an item. Please follow the following process to initiate a refund request:
- Send photo/video evidence
- Customer Service will initiate an investigation
- Once we have concluded our investigation, if relevant, we can then offer resolution either in the form of a refund or a voucher
Following this an email shall be sent confirming the method of resolution. If a refund is issued, it would be refunded through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant.
You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact us on support@savecobradford.co.uk
Any unavailable items from your delivery will be refunded on the day your order is dispatched, we at SaveCo do not resend any unavailable items from delivery.

Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
